Arnold Palmer Premier

ArnoldPalmer Premier is our highest level of involvement.  It is a collaborative effort between the owner/developer and APDC to create a unique project that will be nationally and internationally recognized as one of a kind and a “must experience” place.

Palmer Premier consists of five components:

Beautiful site or unique location – The owner/developer has the commitment to create a destination people “must experience.”  People will go there regardless of our golf course or the owner/developer.

Pure golf – Legendary APDC golf course architecture where play is uninterrupted by development and the course is gorgeous.  An Arnold Palmer golf Academy is at the practice range.

Comfortable living – There is the opportunity to create a neighborhood of Arnold Palmer-branded real estate.  “Palmer Place” holds beautifully appointed 2000- to 3000-square-foot homes of “green” design, close to the clubhouse and golf course with great indoor/outdoor space and pedestrian or cart access to all the site amenities. 

Refined hospitality – The club and “Palmer Place” include the finest in hospitality with personal attention to all who live there.

Unmatched Marketability – The  owner/developer can prominently use Arnold Palmer personally and APDC staff in the marketing efforts.  APDC will customize the marketing effort and feature the project in the APDC website and in Kingdom Magazine articles.  APDC will cooperate in promotion, and arrange interviews with Arnold Palmer for key media that cater to the affluent lifestyle.  APDC will contribute to and stage marketing events, and provide access to the Arnold Palmer Invitational.  APDC will engage affiliated companies such as Arnold Palmer Golf Management for support with sales, marketing, club conception, operation and management.  APDC will make available preferred products and services from its corporate partners such as Jacobsen, E-Z-GO and Callaway Golf, and will provide one-of-a-kind memorabilia to personalize the golf clubhouse and “Palmer Place” units.
