The Seven Falls Foundation was founded with $100,000 from Seven Falls’ first families on June 9, 2007. The money was raised at the benefit concert for members and guests following the Grand Opening event held earlier that day.

The foundation will be administered by Eblen Charities, an Asheville-based nonprofit serving those in need across Western North Carolina. The Seven Falls Foundation has a broad mission to target the needs in the Etowah area west of Hendersonville. This is just the start. The Seven Falls Foundation will do good works in all of Western North Carolina for many years to come.

The Premier Mission

• To build the Palmer Premier course to the exacting standards of Mr. Palmer to ensure an unsurpassed golf experience.
• To ensure the endurance of Palmer Premier by proactively re-assessing Palmer Premier courses to make certain they are maintaining their status on a yearly basis.

The Premier Standards

• Site Location — The site location of Premier courses will be at the caliber of national championship competition standards and will be maintained to tournament-ready standards at all times.
• Core Golf on Special Site — Arnold Palmer Design Company will design uncompromised core golf courses. The courses themselves will remain uninterrupted by visible development (homes, other structures) and will provide ample space to play.
• Natural Features — Each course will include a major feature, preferably a natural distinguishing feature. If it is required for the feature to be man-made, it will be built to look indigenous.
• Length of Minimum — The site of each Palmer Premier course will be able to accommodate 7,300+ yards per course.
• Environmental Sensitivity — Each course will avoid, or at the very least minimize, impact on the natural environment of the site. In fact, preference will be given to enhancing the ecology of each site.
• Premier Service — In addition to the incredible golf experience, Palmer Premier courses will be special luxury retreats and the club’s service, food and lodging will mirror the course’s excellence.
